• Reusable - Can be moved over and over again.
• Stores easily on original backing material
• Several sizes available ranging from 24" to 72"

3. 6 Mil Premium Glossy Photobase Paper for Custom/In-StockPosters

• 6 mil photorealistic paper that is water resistant for easy care-free maintenance

Do you offer editing of images or graphics? (Color correction, photo restoration, logo design, etc.)

We do. However in an attempt to offer you reasonable pricing this is not included in the pricing displayed for each product. Due to the labor involved for these type of edits/changes we must charge an additional fee of $45.00 per hour.

What file formats do you accept?

myWallee.com accepts any of the following file formats:

1 .jpg
2 .eps
3 .pdf
4 .tiff
5 .psd
6 .ai

***We require a minimum 300 dpi for any images that are to be reproduced larger than 48". All other images will require a minimum of 72dpi.
 

How do I know if my image will work?
The subject in your photo, at a minimum, should encompass 50% of the entire image.If the image does not meet this requirement the quality when enlarged will appear pixelated and blurry. You should also follow the guidelines set below for resolution requirements.

What are your minimum resolution requirements for an image?

Digital camera images require a minimum resolution of 2048x1536. This resolution is available on any camera with a megapixel rating of 3 or more. Simply set your image capture settings to the highest quality. Scanned images require a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8"x10".

***We require a minimum 300 dpi for any images that are to be reproduced larger than 48". All other images will require a minimum of 72dpi.
Remember – the output quality is only as good as the input quality of the image.

Will my digital printing design look just like it does on the computer screen?

Very close. Computer screen resolution and printer resolutions are different. Computers use ppi (pixels per inch) to display text or images while printers utilize dpi (dots per inch) to print. However, we do process your images through our systems before printing to color match. Characteristics of the print material (matte, satin, gloss, etc.) will also affect the appearance of an image.

What payment options are available?
myWallee.com accepts payment by credit or debit cards through PayPal. Orders will begin processing upon verification that payment has been received.

Can I purchase multiple items with the same imprint?
Yes. Simply enter the quantity of each item you wish to order during the order process.

Do you allow changes to an order?
Due to the quick turn-around times we can only accept changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours you place your order.

Can I add different designs to the same order?
Yes. Simply follow the instructions during the order process.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within the first 12 hours that you have placed your order.

Do I get to see a proof of my artwork before printing?
You may contact us at 1-800-662-8159 to request a proof of your print to be emailed to you.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have any concerns or questions pertaining to your order please contact us at 1-800-662-8159

Who do you use for shipping?
All packages are shipped via UPS.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times will vary according to the type of shipping selected and the distance as compared to myWallee.com (Jowers Sign Co.), which is located in Martin, TN. UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping are available during the checkout process.

Do you offer volume discounts?
